Ekko & Jinx fanart. All the initial sketches were good, but i decided to go for a second one. It was the best composition to show two opposite colors - pink and green, which actually was the initial idea.

 

 

The next two stages are adding basic colors, distinguishing forms and of course giving the basic idea of shadowing and lighting. 

 

 

During the work process I understood that this image, and more accurately said Ekko’s expression clashes with his personality. Here he looked too soft and I realized you cannot see “him” here. Accordingly I decided to add a glint of mischief to his eyes. that was truly Ekko.
